I bought my home 3 years ago and there was much to be done besides remodeling the kitchen. I had some quality cabinets in my kitchen that I didn't care for....but I didn't want to go to the expense to tear them out. So I just lived with them until I met Chris Godsey.
I knew when I first met her that she had great experience as well as aesthetic vision. When she walked into my home for the first time she was not only interested in my personal desires but she stressed that whatever decisions were made that we stay with the "integrity of the home".Within 3 weeks (from conception to completion) we remodeled my kitchen. A record, since I have had many other homes remodeled in my past which have taken much longer. This is a testament to the subcontractors who jumped at the chance to work with Chris because they know how professional she runs Godsey Homes.
She was on site from early morning plumbing to late night granite installation and her workers gladly followed her direction. The transformation in my home has been admired by many. Not only am I pleased to enjoy my kitchen (and cabinets) in a whole new light but by keeping with the "integrity of this home" the value of my real estate has increased.
I am looking forward to more creations with Chris!
