We bought property in the Boerne area because we loved the Hill Country and wanted to retire here.  Fortunately, we were able to see our dream come true.  Once we bought the property, we met with an architect who designed our house.  We talked to several builders who were more interested in building a large house while we were more interested in down sizing.

We went back to our architect who recommended Chris Godsey.  Chris is a builder everyone would love to work with; she was very interested in our thoughts and was very accommodating.  She took time to show us houses she had built and recommended some design changes that turned our house into the dream we truly wanted.

Once we got past the design stage, Chris went with us to determine where to set the house.  We wanted to maximize our view as well as save a tree that would be near the house.  We were able to accomplish both.

Next, Chris drew up a cost break down and a payment schedule that mirrored the home building process.  We were kept informed throughout the building phase and there was never a surprise.

The quality of our home is exceptional.  This was not the first home that we have built so we knew what to look for; the workmanship was first class.

Chris helped us not only build our home, but she helped us with the decorating.  We don’t know of any builder that would help you pick the material for your living room furniture and then help us pick it up from the retailer.

Our home was built four years ago.  Today, we stay in contact with Chris and consider her our friend.
