In 1998 we had our first encounter with Godsey Homes. Chris did a remodel (interior and exterior) and an addition on our 1967 home. The job was quite a challenge and Godsey homes was up for the challenge. We were very pleased with the end result. The experience was one we have a positive memory of and we even lived in the house throughout the process! The knowledge, expertise and passion demonstrated by Chris throughout the building process made working together easy.
In 2004, we had the opportunity to build a new home. We had such a positive experience with Godsey Homes the first time that we hired them again to build our new home. Again, we felt like Chris took us through the entire process with great ease. She was a wealth of information and a great listener. The details on a new home seem infinite. Chris paid attention to the large and small details from the planning period to closing, which we really appreciated. We always felt our concerns were heard, discussed and worked out to our satisfaction. We have enjoyed our "Godsey Home" for almost 5 years and are so happy we decided to build.
Building a new house is not for everyone, but if you are going to do it, we highly recommend Chris Godsey with Godsey Homes. Go with someone you can TRUST!
